Agak sibuk pada minggu ni. Maaf tak dapat jawab komen anda semua.
Terliur tenguk orang buat pavlova ni. Rasa takut gak kalau tak jadi. Alhamduliah setelah tenguk kat youtube camner orang buat akhirnya jadi gak pavlova ni. Akak gi ke hotel jadi Yana yang make over pavlova ini. Bila balik malam dah tinggal separuh camni. Maaflah resepi ni bercampur aduk dalam bahasa inggeris.
Bahan-bahan
4 eggs white
1 1/5 cups sugar (If you want less sugar just use 1 cup)
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon of esen vanilla

1 tablespoon of cornflour

It’s actually depend on us on how to put on the top of the pavlova. The typical way is by topping it with cream and fruits. What I did, I topping the pavlova with cream mix with whipped cream and fruits, of course.
Cara Membuatnya
- Panaskan oven dengan suhu 120 C.Pukul putih telur sampai jadi bertanduk sambil di masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit.(pukul in high speed).
Bila dah bertanduk (bila di terbalikkan bekas adunan tak jatuh) masukkan bolehlah dimasukkan cuka, pukul lagi, masukkan pula essen vanilla dan akhir sekali masukkan tepung jagung dan kacau lagi sehingga rata. - Pukullah adunan itu sehingga nampak glossy.
- Alaskan dulang pembakar dengan kertas minyak dan bentukkan menjadi bulatan dan letakkan adunan telur dalam bulatan.
4. Masukkan kat dalam oven dan dibakar selama 1 jam setengah (1 1/2 jam) pada suhu 120′c atau sehingga berwarna coklet susu.
Tips
- Pastikan bekas adunan untuk kembangkan gula dan white eggs adalah bersih. Jika tidak, adunan tersebut tidak kembang.
- Pastikan Pavlova sejuk sepenuhnya didalam oven sebelum dikeluarkan.
- Kalau nak buh buah kiwi,blueberry(buah-buahan yang masam) pun boleh sebab nak imbangkan rasa manis palova ini.
